When you place an order for an item displayed on our website you are making an offer of purchase to us. We will supply the goods where possible but will not be obligated to do so. If the item is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you in order to let you know about these changes. If this is not possible we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission.  


We use FedEx for the vast majority of both our domestic and international deliveries. Once your item(s) has been dispatched we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing the tracking details for your parcel. Please note that on arrival all packages will need to be signed for. 

Details of the costs and methods of delivery available can be found below:

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from order to arrival. UK standard delivery costs £2.99.

Next Day UK delivery is available for a charge of £10. If the order is accepted before midday the order will be dispatched on the same day. Orders accepted after midday will be dispatched the following day. Please note that Next Day delivery applies to working days so in the case of an order being dispatched on a Friday the delivery of the item(s) will be on the following Monday.

Please note that no order can be dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. Any orders received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day in the case of Next Day deliveries and as soon as possible in the case of standard deliveries.

Saturday For a charge of £20 we can arrange UK orders to be delivered on the first Saturday after an order is placed.

Please note that orders must be received no later than 12pm on the Friday to ensure delivery on the Saturday. Orders received after this time will be delivered on the following Saturday.

International Delivery

Profile Fashion deliver internationally across all continents. Fixed shipping rates have already been set up for most countries. These rates can be found by processing your order through our checkout facility and selecting the appropriate country. Please note that for some larger, heavier or more valuable items (such as shoes) there may be an additional postal charge for some destinations. We will contact you before completing your order if any additional postage charge applies to your order.

If the country that you want your item posted to does not have a fixed shipping rate available please contact us and we will send you the shipping quote. Please note that certain countries may require an additional payment of duties and taxes before delivery can be completed. This is particularly the case with Brazilian Customs.

We will ensure that the shipping costs for your item(s) are covered by your shipping payment but any additional Duties and Taxes charges levied by Customs are to be met by the customer (including any Custom's charges levied on non-faulty returns).

It is also vital that you provide us with your correct contact email and telephone details when you checkout on our site so that Profile Fashion, FedEx and/or Customs can contact you if required.

Please note that some international transactions (including refunds) may be subject to a currency conversion charge levied by the processing bank and that this charge shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that due to difficulties with Russian Customs we currently use Royal Mail for shipping to Russia and deliveries may take up to 25 working days to be completed (although we would usually expect the delivery to take 5-10 working days).

All orders will have a Returns Form included. Should any item be unsuitable the item needs to be returned to us with the completed Returns Form within two weeks of receipt. Before you return an item(s) to us you must obtain a Returns Code for your item(s) by emailing us at profileonline@profilefashion.com.

The product returned to us MUST be in its original condition. All tags must still be attached and any relevant packaging must also be returned with the item. If a return is received without tags or packaging, or if we have any reason to believe that the item has been used, we will be unable to accept the item and will return it back to you. Please note that earrings cannot be returned to us due to hygiene reasons. Lingerie may only be returned if unworn (or if tried on for size over underwear) and must be returned in perfect condition with all tags attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In the case of refunds we will credit you via the card/account that you used to make your payment to us (minus any postage costs) as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 7 working days (please note that refunds may take longer than this to show on your statement).

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post or courier and to keep your proof of postage certificate as we cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods (including any applicable Customs charges) are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.


As above but the returned item(s) must be received by us within 10 days.


Profile takes the security of customer information very seriously and employs strict measures to ensure the safe handling of any customer data we receive. We do not at any time disclose any customer information to third parties. Whilst using our website we will gather information from you allowing us to review our service and also for promotional purposes. From time to time we may use this information to contact you regarding any promotions or events on our website. Personal details such as an address or telephone number will be used primarily for the postage of any purchases you make from us but may also be used to inform you of any new products or changes to our service. Cookies are used in our e-commerce store but they are only used to track any items that you have selected.


Payment can be made securely online by VISA, Mastercard, Cirrus, AMEX and Paypal. The credit/debit card that is being used must be your own. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment (or we cannot fully authorise your payment to us for any reason) we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us the payment will be made in full. 

To facilitate the smooth processing of your order in the case of card payments we would suggest that you place your order using the 3D Secure system provided by Visa/Mastercard (or the Safekey system provided by Amex) where these systems are available. If you are not familiar with these online security systems please contact your bank as they will be able to explain these systems to you.


Please note that sale items are only available on the Sale section of our website unless there is a Sale period on in our stores. The Sale periods in our stores are typically in January and August. Please register for our Newsletter to receive regular updates about forthcoming Sale periods and special offers. Please note that Sale items may have been displayed in our shops and may therefore show minor signs of shop use.


Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotional codes.


Unless otherwise stated where items are described as gold or silver on our website this description refers to the colour of the item and not what the item is made of. Please also note that all measurements on our website are approximate.


Items must be collected and paid for in store within 48 hours of reservation. Please call 01273 727 022 if you would like to use our Ring & Reserve service.
