All web orders will have a Returns Form included. Should any item be unsuitable the item needs to be returned with the completed Returns Form within 2 weeks of receiving your goods in order to receive an exchange or refund. If you wish to return an item to us you must notify us and obtain a Returns Code either by e-mailing us at email@example.com or calling us on 01273 727 022. This Returns Code should be written on the Returns Form in the space provided.
The product returned to us must be in its original condition including all of the tags still being attached. Any packaging must also be returned with the item. If a returned item is received without tags or packaging, or if we have any reason to believe that the item has been used, we will be unable to accept the item and will return it back to you. Jewellery purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Jewellery containing fine stones or diamonds cannot be returned. We will contact you before we dispatch these items to you to clarify. Lingerie is subject to our general 14 day return timeframes, but must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
In the case of refunds, we will credit you via the card you originally used, minus any postage costs, and we will do this as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 7 working days (please note it may take longer than this to show on your statement).
Please send all returns to: Profile Fashion, 3 Dukes Lane, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1BG. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
