Stone Island
Founded in 1982, the Stone Island label was created & launched by iconic Italian fashion designer Massimo Osti. The brand was originally set up as a diffusion label to its sister label CP Company, and used more imaginative and ground breaking materials and techniques during the manufacturing process of each garment. Like with CP, the outerwear and specifically Stone Island Jackets have a heavy military influence with many of the pieces featuring the Stone Island badged logo attached to the arm of the garment by buttons. Over the years the company has been very experimental with its designs making jackets from Glass, Liquid Silk, Reflective materials and even jackets that change colour with the temperature.
