Profile Fashion aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. We usually use FedEx for our deliveries and we will always confirm the dispatch of an item by email which will contain the tracking number that can be used at www.fedex.com/ukservices to follow the progress of the delivery.

 

There are three delivery options to the UK available which are listed below:

 

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is £5 and takes 2-3 days from dispatch to arrival. On arrival the package will need to be signed for.

 

Next day delivery

Next day delivery is available for a charge of £10. If the order is accepted before midday, the order will be dispatched on the same day. Orders accepted after midday will be dispatched the following day. Please note that next day delivery applies to working days so in the case of an order being dispatched on a Friday, delivery will be on the following Monday.

 

Saturday delivery

For a charge of £20 we can arrange for orders to be delivered on a Saturday. This will be the first Saturday after the order is placed, and we will ensure it arrives on a Saturday regardless of the order date.

 

Please note that no order can be dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday. Any order received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

International delivery

Profile Fashion also deliver internationally. Fixed shipping rates have already been set up for a number of countries. These rates can be found by processing your order through our checkout facility and selecting the appropriate country. Please note that for some larger, heavier or more valuable items (such as shoes) there may be an additional postage charge depending on the destination. We will contact you before completing your order if any additional postage charge applies to your order.

 

If the country that you want your item posted to does not have a fixed shipping rate available please contact us and we will send you the shipping quote required. Please note that certain countries may require an additional payment of duties and taxes before delivery can be completed. We will ensure that the shipping costs are covered by your shipping payment but any additonal duties and taxes levied by customs are to be met by the customer.

 

Please note that in the case of your first order from us we are only able to deliver items to the billing address associated with your card.
